The Top of Alabama Regional Council of Governments (TARCOG) is requesting proposals for federal transit grants through the Job Access and Reverse Commute (JARC) and New Freedom programs. Eligible JARC projects develop transportation services for low-income workers and reverse (urban-to-suburban) commuters. New Freedom projects provide workers with disabilities transportation to get to their jobs.
The deadline for proposal submissions is 2:00pm on Tuesday, April 29, 2014.
